Re-Edit (8th of February): Now I got an OLD code from last year instead of a NEW code, my license still does not work... NEVER 500px again!


Re-Edit: Wow, today (06th of February), I finally received the license-code even though there was no apology of 500px... At the end I waited for 18 days (!) to get the license!

Wow, this is unbelievable what 500px does!
This is about my problem with their extremely, not existent, customer-service... There story started a few days ago: https://goo.gl/s4G4O6

Now I won't be able to work in a few days because I still do not have an activation-code for the Adobe CC license I payed. It is definitely not an "Awesome Membership" that 500px promises as they do not have a customer-service, they just ignore your mails. If you post on their fanpage they ignore it. If you comment under a picture (and they do post regularly, so there must be someone working!) they just hide it for everyone else!!!

I will not let you do this with me 500px. Even if I have to take legal steps. This is a warning out there for everyone, maybe you pay them but they will not provide you with the service you payed for.

This action definitely is too much and now I will claim my money back via PayPal. Thank you 500px, I will go to Adobe and pay them directly. Also, I might delete my profile at 500px - why should I be on their page? I do not want to help such people.
