How's your retouching-workflow? (German is further down)
Currently I am not in my office, so I cannot share the latest photos I retouched with you. Here's an article I wrote a few month ago, it is about my retouching workflow. It changed a little, but not much.

Momentan bin ich nicht im Office, also kann ich gerade nicht die Bilder die ich zuletzt retuschiert habe zeigen. Hier ist ein Artikel den ich vor ein paar Monaten über meinen Retusche-Workflow geschrieben habe. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben sich inzwischen geändert.

I like to dodge & burn on a 50% grey layer. There. I said it. Now you can hate me :D :D Anyone else here who prefers that method? (Jean Łuna :) )
Ich mag die 50% grau-Ebene für Dodge & Burn. Da. Ich hab's gesagt. Jetzt könnt ihr mich hassen :D :D Noch jemand der diese Methode bevorzugt?
